Return Policy

  1. We stock the goods and produce the goods in China. We sell these products on line to worldwide.
  2. We accept the client return the wholesaled orders. We will refund after we received the returned goods in our warehouse. The buyer will balance the freight of return the goods.
The freight is expensive, please make sure you need the goods before you placed the order.
  1. Though we are ok for the client to return the order. If you are sure in return need, you better cancel your order before they were shipped. The buyer should cancel the order within 3 days at most. Better within 24 hours. Because we normally ship the goods within 48 hours.

Our products are for use in and around the home / stores by consumers and wholesalers, We produce them in China, and deliver them to worldwide. we won’t accept any liability for the products not being fit for business use or for any loss over and above the cost of the products. When you have finished placing products in your Basket, you can think about your order at any time before pressing “place your order” on the last order page.

Once you place your order through the online checkout, you can choose pay directly by Paypal . Or wire money by bank( there is bank way on the web) ,After your payment has been successful and there are no problems with your order,

  you will be shown an order number along with a list of the products that you have ordered. Shortly after, KOOBAY team will check the stock status and mail you headed “Thank you, we have got your order.” to confirm that we have received your order.

We will then send you a second email headed “Your Order has been Shipped” and it’s at this point our contract begins with you. This email will tell you how your order will be delivered to you. If there are any problems with your order, we’ll contact you and let you know.

The order will be delivered to the address details directly. After you got the second mail. keep your eyes on the parcel . 

After 20 days after the delivery of courier or 2 months sea deliver of the goods, if there is no feedback of the reception. We will treat the order received and confirmed no problem.

How to pay and our prices

For international business limits. To make payment as easy as possible, we accept some certain methods of payment. You can pay online by Paypal. We also accept payments via bank T/T .

As we are based in the CHINA, all our prices are in US Dollar and include VAT at the appropriate rate. The price of a product include delivery charges, custom duty and payment cost. Before you confirm your order, your Basket will show you the total amount you will be charged for your order including any delivery charges (if any) depending on the delivery method you have selected.

We reserve the right to decline any purchase if we have concerns about the payment method being used to make it.

Our Delivery Terms

We’ve put all the details in the Delivery & Collection section of our Service pages, giving you the price and timetable for delivery as well as other information you will need to know. In China we need TEL no to arrange delivery. So For us to deliver your order we may make contact with you to fulfil our delivery terms.

  1. Handling time and time frame.

We will do our very best to get your items to you as soon as possible. However, sometime the forwarder/ courier might can not reach you in time. That is under the control of the delivery company. so they may take a little longer to be delivered. You can check the status of the parcel by the waybill NO offered. We will do our very best to deliver these within the time frame specified. Delivery to a room of your choice is not available on our standard delivery option.

  1. Area

We settle the freight by standard area rate. When the address of the buyer is remote delivery areas, We will contact you in advance of the order being dispatched to notify you of this increased delivery charge and you will be entitled to cancel your order at this point.

  1. Delivery method

When order selected courier delivery, we will indicate how many working days the delivery will take. you will not be able to specify a delivery time (i.e. morning, afternoon or Saturday delivery slots, and calls/texts to confirm a 2-hour delivery window and delivery to specified rooms are not available). The parcel will be delivered your order direct to your door where possible.

When order selected Sea delivery, we will indicate how many working days the delivery will take. you will not be able to specify a delivery status in about 50 days. Only when the parcel passed the custom of destination country, we can get the local courier waybill No. , that time we will share the waybill no to you if you need it.

If nobody is at home when the driver calls, we will try to leave your item with a neighbour or in a safe place. if delivery has not been possible, details on how to rearrange your delivery, we will mail you one time to note you to contact with the delivery company, if still there is no reply, we will delete the parcel and treat the order as delivered successfully.

 If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. Where we fail to deliver or delivery is delayed, we will not be liable for any losses that are not reasonable or proportionate. We will not be liable for any trade or business losses.

Our delivery partners will deliver to the front door regardless of what floor you live on if in a block of flats, however Health & Safety regulations will overrule this if it is deemed un-safe for the driver to carry items when a lift is not available or out of service. In addition to this if you live in a block of flats that require access via an intercom system and you are not available a calling card will be left at the address but the driver may not leave the physical parcel due to possible security risk.

  1. All products are offered subject to availability and while stocks last. The stated price for each product does include the cost of delivery by courier speed way. If you can accept longer delivery time about 50-60 days , We will deduct the difference from the total value when you place the order.

We will stop to use it at once.

If we see a photo containing one of our products or referring to Koobay in some way, we may contact you to ask if we may use it to promote our brand and spread the service of Koobay! When we contact you, we will ask for your consent to use your photo.

  • You have taken the photo and that you own it;
  • The photo has been taken with the permission of all relevant parties and does not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws;
