Plastic hangers: We have more than 60 hanger styles and molds, with more available monthly. Our four automatic production machines and 12 regular production machines produce more than 20,000,000 plastic hangers annually.
Wooden hangers: We produce more than 10,000 wooden hangers daily, each with a solid wood finish and excellent aesthetic effect. At the same time, we take care of worker health, including the use of high-tech machinery to suck up wood dust and keep the factory air clean.
Half of the wooden hanger production is by hand, so naturally all cannot be 100% exactly the same. However, we closely monitor and evaluate our production processes to ensure the provision of hangers with only the highest quality. If you require a large rush order for painted hangers of a style, we currently have in stock, note that our painting capacity is up to 100,000 hangers per day.
Metal hangers: Our automated machines produce hangers and hooks in any color and with various finishes including Black Nickel or Satin Matte finish pool, Chrome pool, Pantone color plated pool, or Plastic plated pool. With further care for workers and the environment, we expend great cost yearly to ensure waste Plate Pool water is properly disposed of.
